The Foundation’s Community Collective series of webinars launched in August of 2022. More than 450 attendees – including grantees, community partners, and public health and community leaders – have gathered to learn, share, network, and rally support around crucial health issues in our state. This year, we have added a Day of Action following the webinar that gives us the opportunity to give back to our community.
You're invited to our final Community Collective of the year on November 14, where we’ll explore The Power of Community: Innovative Approaches to Supporting Mental Health and Wellness within a Community Music School.
In Arizona, mental health is a critical issue. Our state is ranked 49th in the U.S. for mental health and access to care. To address this issue, one nonprofit organization is making bold moves.
In 2023, Rosie’s House started the Mental Health and Wellness Initiative, inspired by the “Batuta” music education program in Colombia. They’ll share how the program is helping kids, the success so far, and what’s coming next.
